Project designed and directed to future professionals, who are evaluated and selected through technical tests and interview by competencies, thus initiating a learning process related to their academic study, within which technical and soft skills are developed and strengthened, allowing subsequently the identification of those talents that stood out during their professional practice and that have great potential in both technical and personal aspects.
Currently, we have several agreements with technical and technological training institutions such as SENA, and also with professional training universities such as: Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios, Institución Universitaria Salazar y Herrera, Politécnico Grancolombiano, Universidad Iberoamericana, Universidad Autónoma de Manizales, among others.
