Due to problems of disarticulation between activities ranging from dispatch to delivery of orders and involving manufacturers, logistics operators and transporters, difficulties were being experienced in the value chain, specifically in the control of the transportation process, since its traceability was interrupted. To help overcome this situation, Nexos built and delivered to Logyca, who then made it available to its customers and members, a collaborative web-based transportation platform that allowed the integration of these activities. As a result, a complete traceability of the process was obtained in real time, integrating satellite tracking systems that generated a controlled process with timely information for the different parties involved.
