In line with its vision of becoming the first credit card issuer in Colombia, Compañía de Financiamiento Tuya, needed to convert its own card into a card linked to a large franchise to expand the portfolio of services and coverage to its customers and this demanded a great effort to migrate from its own system to the franchise system. Nexos designed, built and delivered a computer system that has enabled Tuya to make this transition in a controlled manner, allowing its customers to start receiving their new card and start enjoying the new services available thanks to the link with the Mastercard franchise. As a result, Tuya is one step closer to achieving its proposed vision for 2018.
