Due to problems of disarticulation between activities ranging from dispatch to delivery of orders and involving manufacturers, logistics operator and transporter, GS1 was having difficulties in controlling the process, since the traceability of the process was interrupted. To help overcome this situation, Nexos built and delivered an order transport logistics system that integrated these activities, enabling complete traceability of the process in real time, integrating satellite tracking systems and resulting in a controlled process with timely information for the different parties involved.
